Returns & Refund Policy
At Natural Smart Health LLC, DBA Super Healthy RX, we strive to deliver high-quality care, streamlined access to medication and wellness products, and an excellent customer experience both before and after your purchase. If you have any issues with your order or product, please contact our Customer Care team at: support@superhealthyrx.com.
Below is our policy for returns and refunds:
Prescription Medications
Due to the nature of prescription medications and state and federal regulations, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for prescription medications once they have been dispensed by our pharmacy and shipped to you. Once your payment has been processed and your order handed to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.), the sale is final and no refunds will be issued.
All sales of prescription medications are final.
If your prescription arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact Customer Care immediately so we can address the issue with the carrier.
Non-Prescription (Over-the-Counter) Products
We may accept returns on unopened and unused over-the-counter items within 30 days of purchase. To request a return, please contact Customer Care with your order number, reason for return, and product name.
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and no COD returns will be accepted. If the returned product arrives and passes inspection (i.e., remains unopened and in original condition), we will credit the purchase price back to your original payment method. We reserve the right to reject returns if the items appear tampered with, opened, or otherwise not in original condition.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost during shipping or arrives damaged, contact Customer Care immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or investigate the damage. Since we do not ship refrigerated or temperature-sensitive medications, shipping delays typically will not affect product safety.
Please note: While we will assist with carrier claims for lost or damaged prescription medication shipments, refunds are not available due to regulatory requirements.
